Geneviève Depresseux

As a scientist, Geneviève Depresseux has coordinated clinical research for nearly 40 years in the Rheumatology department of the Catholic University of Louvain . She has worked in project management, data management and biostatistics. She has developed her knowledge in the human sciences through a Master in Labor Sciences (UCL) and a Coaching school (Coaching Ways).

Convinced that enlightened actors play a decisive role in building a more harmonious world, she now supports business leaders in the development of their non-technical skills, i.e. their soft skills, their know-hows. She works for individuals and organizations.

She is also the author of reports and research on soft skills and burnout. Her professional involvement places her as a certified coach (PCC) and a member of the board of the International Coaching Association (ICF).
